I have been dedicated to property management and tourism since the beginning of my professional career. In 2017, I founded Airstay, a company that continues our family tradition of hospitality dating back to 1851. Through my business, I combine a passion for travel, meticulous guest care, and a sense for interior design. I am responsible for the strategic leadership of the company, financial planning, and interior design concepts that not only enhance the value of properties but also ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

I believe that successful property management is built on precise service, trust, and a personal approach to every client.

Gabriela holds a degree in Hospitality and Crisis Management and is fluent in four languages. At Airstay, she leads the client service team with dedication and precision. With extensive experience in both tourism and project management, she ensures exceptional service and personalized care for every client.

Anna handles daily guest communication, check-in organization, and coordination between teams. Thanks to her professional approach, she helps guests feel right at home with us.

Jana brings experience from leading hotel chains such as Hilton, Clarion, and others. She lived in Croatia, where she deepened her sense of hospitality and guest care. At Airstay, she applies international hospitality standards to elevate the everyday guest experience.

Svetlana leads our housekeeping team with precision and care. She oversees daily operations, quality checks, and regular inventories. Thanks to her high standards, our apartments are always spotless and fully ready to welcome guests.

Anastasia is an assistant to the front desk team. She supports her colleagues in guest communication and helps handle requests and unexpected situations. Thanks to her attention to detail and positive attitude, she contributes to the smooth operation of the reception and enhances the overall guest experience.

Bianca supports daily operations, inspects the units, and prepares informational materials. She personally welcomes guests upon arrival. Her care and attention to every detail contribute to the satisfaction of both guests and the entire team.

Pavel has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including management roles in both the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. At Airstay, he welcomes guests, inspects the units, and leads the team of check-in agents. His approach ensures that every guest feels truly welcomed and well cared for.

Filip

Guest Experience & Quality Specialist

Filip has experience in both real estate and tourism. After studying in the UK and living in the USA, Denmark, and Canada, he settled in Prague. At Airstay, he handles check-ins and unit inspections with a professional and reliable approach to every guest.

Operations Coordinator – Karlovy Vary

Michaela ensures the smooth operation of our apartments in Karlovy Vary. She manages cleanings, coordinates unit preparation, and is on-call in case of emergencies. Thanks to her meticulous approach, the apartments are always perfectly prepared for our guests.
